These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://lt3depositreturnsystems.com (the "Site"), operated by LT3 Deposit Return Systems, a business of LT3 Advanced Technology Group ("LT3 DRS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to the Site. Use of the LT3 DRS software platform, APIs, mobile or web applications, and other services provided to enterprise clients is governed by separate written agreements between LT3 DRS and the applicable client.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site. The Site is intended for a business audience. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Site to learn about LT3 DRS products and services, request information or demos, access publicly available resources, and communicate with us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or harvest data from the Site except as expressly permitted.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, or other users' information.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, software, design, layout, and the LT3 DRS and LT3 Advanced Technology Group brand marks, is owned by LT3 DRS, its affiliates, or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation purposes. No other rights are granted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except for transient caching by your browser and printing reasonable excerpts for personal reference.

5. Trademarks

"LT3," "LT3 DRS," "LT3 Deposit Return Systems," "LT3 Advanced Technology Group," and associated logos are trademarks of LT3 Advanced Technology Group. Other product or company names referenced on the Site, including client names such as Consignaction, Return-It, SkipTheDepot, and ReCollect, are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.

6. Submissions and Feedback

If you submit comments, suggestions, ideas, or feedback to us through the Site or otherwise ("Feedback"), you grant LT3 DRS a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate the Feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you. Do not submit information you consider confidential or proprietary.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services, including links to client case studies, governing bodies, app stores, and social media. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Demos, Inquiries, and Communications

Submitting a demo request, contact form, or other inquiry through the Site does not create a contract or binding commitment to provide products or services. Any LT3 DRS engagement is subject to a separate written agreement. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive responsive communications from us, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Site content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and FAQs, is provided for general informational purposes only. 11. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LT3 DRS disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted access, and freedom from viruses or harmful components.

We do not warrant that the Site will meet your requirements, operate without interruption or error, or that defects will be corrected. Any reliance on Site content is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will LT3 DRS, LT3 Advanced Technology Group, or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LT3 DRS, LT3 Advanced Technology Group, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Modifications to the Site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion of it at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta sitting in Calgary for any such dispute, except where prohibited by applicable law.

16. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and LT3 DRS regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements relating to the subject matter.
